About Us

Aztec Event Services supply AV equipment, IT hardware, technical and creative support to over 300 events, exhibitions and conferences every year.

Aztec are repeatedly nominated as the official supplier for the exhibitions we work on including World Travel Market, Marketing Week Live and the Ideal Home shows.

Aztec's delivery of service is second to none. In recognition of this, Aztec were awarded Best AV supplier in the 2014 Exhibition News 'Elite' Awards, voted for by exhibition organisers and their peers.

All of Aztec's functions are supported by its Design Studio, Aztec's creative department. Our studio provides design and content as well as pre and post production technical services.                                                            

We also provide IT communication services for events that include IT hardware, industrial grade Wi-Fi networks and infrastructure, hotspots plus Internet and telephony services. We provide a quality end-to-end management of all your technical needs.

As well as providing services to hundreds of well-known exhibitions, Aztec services events for a growing number of corporate clients too. These include Macquaire, JP Morgan and the Liberal Democrats (conference). We are also the on-site, preferred supplier at the Emirates Arsenal Stadium. For these clients we produce events such as Conferences, Award ceremonies, Charity events, Gala dinners and more.

In addition, Aztec are now working in partnership with Freeman UK, the events and exhibitions company, giving their clients access to Aztec's technical support and expertise.
